All prices you see at www.christianaks.com are either quoted in NOK, SEK, DKK, GBP, EUR or USD. When first entering the website, the price should appear in your local currency – as long as it´s one of them listed above. At the checkout, you can change between currencies by selection another country of residence. Also, to give you a hassle-free shopping experience, all orders, worldwide, are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all prices include VAT (Value Added Tax), delivery changes and any Customs duty. The price you pay at checkout is the total price of your order.Â
Order disclaimer
All orders made through Christianaks.com depending on availability, and where Christian Aks cannot guarantee that all orders will always be fulfilled. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation including your personal information and order details. It´s not before you have received this Order Confirmation that your order has been accepted. Prior to this, Christian Aks cannot be held liable for any quantity limits. In the unfortunate event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you by email.Â

Shipping disclaimer
All orders, no matter the size, weight or destination are shipped free of charge. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Norway. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours from the time you have received your Order Confirmation. Orders to Norway and the rest of Scandinavian are shipped with PostNord MyPack; estimated delivery 2 – 4 days and 2 – 6 days, respectively. European and International orders are shipped with FedEx International Economy, normally delivered within 2 – 5 days. Please be aware that estimated delivery time commerce from the date of dispatch, only valid for business days. Christian Aks  cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by reasons beyond our control. Customs clearance procedures, or delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. If you access the website from a Scandinavian country, you may opt for PostNord MyPack Home, for an extra surcharge, not covered by Christian Aks. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse and orders made to a P.O. Box will be cancelled.Â
Damages
The delivery of an item has occurred once your physical possession is taken. If an item is damaged or lost after your physical possession is taken, Christian Aks bears no responsibility or any risk of the item. If, by any change, the item you receive is defective, Christian Aks must be notify within a reasonable amount of time after the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered. Please report to us by email as soon as possible.Â
Security
Christian Aks AS cares about the safety of personal data collected on www.christianaks.com, and thus, we will run frequently backups and checks to make sure all information is safe. Please note that the cost of your purchase will be subtracted from your card once the Order Conformation has been sent to you. If you prefer to pay by invoice or slice your transaction, your financial details will be secured by Klarna. Return & Exchange
Any items purchased through www.christianaks.com can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of delivery. The return or exchange must occur with a pre-paid shipping label. At any time, returns or exchanges are only possible for items unused in its original condition. Refund
All orders that are being returned within the 14-days period in its required condition will be refunded in the original form of payment. Orders returned by another carrier will not be accepted and therefore additional costs will be subtracted from the original refund. The return is normally accepted within 3 – 6 business days on arrival to our warehouse. Please note that the time may vary depending on your payment method or time of the year. By the time your return has been accepted, we will  start processing your refund.Â
