This is Christian Aks’s Return and Exchange Policy for purchase made on www.christianaks.com. Please be aware that orders made through other online or offline services may have a different return and exchange policy.
Return
Any items purchased through www.christianaks.com can be returned or exchanged for free within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a return or exchange must be sent back using our pre-paid return label that you can request in the return & exchange form below. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damages.
Terms for return and exchange:
- The garment must be unused in its original condition.
- All hand tags, accessories, labels, instruction booklets must be attached to the garment.
- The shipping box must be in its original condition without any visible scratches or marks.
To make this process as easy as possible, please begin by requesting a return label. If you have an account at www.christianaks.com and want to return an item, please go to Account details, click on “Shopping History” and select the item(s) you want to send back. If you do not have an account, please fill in the return & exchange form below. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a Return Confirmation with further instructions.
Here is how to return your purchase
- Fill out the Return & Exchange Form with your full name, order number, order email and billing zip code. Once the return request has been accepted, we will provide you with a return label.
- Make sure the garment(s) is in original condition unused, with original hand tags, labels and packaging materials. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept your return and issue the refund.
- Once received the return label, please print your label and attach it on the box over the prior delivery label. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, so we can avoid any damage.
- Drop off your labelled package at your local PostNord delivery point.
- Once arrival to our warehouse, allow 3 – 6 business days to confirming the return. A Refund Confirmation will be generated, otherwise please contact customercare@christianaks.com.

Refund

Please note that you can only return items by Christian Aks’s standard return shipping label. Orders returned by another carrier will not be accepted and therefore additional costs will be subtracted from the original refund.
The return is normally accepted within 3 – 6 business days on arrival to our warehouse. Please note that the time may vary depending on your payment method or time of the year. By the time your return has been accepted, we will proceed with a Refund Confirmation and start processing your refund.
