Shipping Information

Christian Aks offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. The orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Norway and shipped with one of our transport providers. Please see shipping information below.

Free shipping

All orders, no matter the size, weight or destination are shipped free of charge. Shortly after placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation including personal information and order details. Once you have received this confirmation, your order will be shipped within 72 hours on business days. Please note that it`s not before you have received an order confirmation that your order has been accepted. In the unfortunate event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Norway

All orders made in Norway are shipped with PostNord MyPack. At checkout, you may opt for home delivery for an extra surcharge, not covered by Christian Aks. Estimated delivery is 2 – 4 days and a delivery notice from PostNord will be sent via SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready to be collected. Please note that your parcel will be delivered to your local delivery point if you have not opt for home delivery.

Scandinavian

When entering the website in Sweden, Denmark or Finland, your order will be shipped by PostNord MyPack/FedEx International Economy. Estimated delivery time is 2 – 6 days as standard, and you may opt for home delivery for an extra surcharge, not covered by Christian Aks. Delivery notice from PostNord will be sent via SMS and/or email when your parcel is ready to be collected.

Europe

For European orders we use FedEx International Economy to ship your orders. Delivery time usually takes 2 – 5 days from the time of dispatch. Please be prepared to receive a delivery notice from FedEx via email and/or SMS including the planned delivery date for your parcel. If the proposed date is not convenient, please access the website link provided in the notice and request a change of the planned delivery date and/or location.

International

All International orders are shipped with FedEx International Economy as standard. Delivery time takes between 2 – 5 days form the time of dispatch. Please be prepared to receive a delivery notice from FedEx via email and/or SMS including the planned delivery date of your parcel. If the proposed date is not convenient, please access the website link provided in the notice and request a change of the planned delivery time date and/or location.

restrictions

Please note that delivery time commerce from the date of dispatch, only valid for business days. We are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse, and delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Also, we are currently unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes: Orders made to an P.O. Box will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.

Taxes and duties

We strive for a hassle-free shopping experience on all orders, worldwide. This is why all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning no extra customs duty or value added tax (VAT) appears. The price you pay at checkout is the total price of your order.

Damage

By any chance an order is received with a damage or faulty, please make sure to contact us at customercare@christianaks.com immediately after delivery.
